Buying a cabin, through rent-to-buy / finance, can be a great way to get a roof over your head, add an extra bedroom onto your home or rental property, or as an alternative to renting. Pay the cabin off over several years and for (in most cases) less than it would cost to rent a room in Auckland, it’ll be yours to keep for years to come! Plus, if you're buying a brand-new cabin, we can customize it to suit your requirements.

1. Have a chat with us! We'll discuss your answers to these 4 questions:

- Do you have regular employment?
- Do you own any assets?
- Do you have a deposit?
- Do you have a good credit rating?
If your answer is "yes" to the majority of these questions then finance could be a great option for you.

2. Talk to us about your dream cabin. We'll put together a written quote and design plan for you to provide your lender.
3. We’ll work with you in applying to one of our finance partners. You'll need to provide a few bits and pieces for this part of the process, such as ID, personal and employment details, financial info and to consent to having a credit check done. Normal lending criteria apply.
4. Once your finance is approved and deposit paid (if applicable) we can start building!
